Veterans Band Aid Music Festival - Weather & Rain Policy

The Veterans Band Aid Music Festival is a rain-or-shine outdoor event held at Holiday Trav-L Park in Virginia Beach, VA. Festival operations and safety procedures are conducted in accordance with City of Virginia Beach outdoor event guidelines and in coordination with event management, production personnel, venue staff, security, and emergency services.

Performances may be delayed, temporarily paused, or modified due to weather conditions including, but not limited to:

• Lightning
• Severe thunderstorms
• High winds
• Heavy rainfall
• Hazardous weather conditions deemed unsafe by event officials, production management, venue management, or public safety personnel

The safety of guests, artists, staff, vendors, and crew is our highest priority.

The festival will proceed during normal rain conditions whenever safely possible. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly for outdoor weather conditions.

If severe weather requires temporary evacuation or sheltering, guests must follow all instructions from festival staff, security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency management officials.

• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to rain, weather delays, artist lineup changes, or schedule modifications.
• Refunds will only be considered if the festival is officially canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled.
• Partial day interruptions, delays, or shortened performances caused by weather or safety concerns do not qualify for refunds.

The festival reserves the right to cancel, delay, interrupt, or modify the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public safety concerns, government orders, or other force majeure events.

By attending the festival, ticket holders acknowledge that outdoor events are subject to changing weather conditions and assume all risks associated with attendance.
