Veterans Band Aid Music Festival proudly benefits Coastal Authority Care Foundation (CACF), a Virginia Beach 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans heal from service-connected injuries—especially the invisible wounds of mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), post-traumatic stress (PTS), and chronic pain.
CACF focuses on education and provides grants for evidence-based therapies like hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and neurofeedback—treatments that aren't yet covered by insurance but have been proven to relieve symptoms, restore quality of life, and reduce suicidal ideation by healing injured brain tissue at the cellular level.
TBI and PTSD are the #1 injuries affecting our military veterans—and your attendance helps us fund real solutions. Every ticket sold brings hope and healing to those who’ve sacrificed so much.
